Halloween

Edison is obsessed with the big bad wolf. Every single night, we have to explain why he does not need to be scared of the big bad wolf. The big bad wolf is only in books and movies. Our house is too strong for the big bad wolf to blow down. The big bad wolf is only the size of Buddy, Grandma and Grandpa's dog. The big bad wolf can't actually blow because he doesn't have lips. The big bad wolf can't open doors because he doesn't have thumbs. And on and on and on. We were a little surprised when he was determined to be the big bad wolf for Halloween. But we went with it.

We went trick or treating downtown, enjoyed a nice dinner out, and then went to an awesome party at our gym. We seflishly enjoyed not handing out candy to 100+ kids we don't know.

We were too sick to go to Greenbluff and get pumpkins this year, but thankfully Justin's parents had given us some last time we were visiting.

Other pictures from the week:

Turkeys in our yard. E asked if we were going to eat them.

The sunrise has been beautiful lately (and late enough for us to be awake for it)

Our courtyard is quite colorful right now

E reading to his "girlfriend"

Swimming. We are so proud of his progress on arms and breathing
